Impact of Organisational Culture on Organisational Commitment: Evidence from Pakistan

چکیده

This research paper investigates the impact of organisational culture on commitment employees working in hotel industry Pakistan. As plays a pivotal role growth and success any organisation. study examines culture’s influence sample two hundred thirty-seven with more than ten years experience SPSS is used for data analysis mean; standard deviation analysed as part descriptive statistics. To test hypothesis Pearson correlation regression analyses are used. Questionnaires from prior was adopted to measure variables. Research findings expected fill up gap literature available by providing evidence among developing country like Pakistan, there lack variables within context industry. The this reveals that all cultural dimensions have significant positive employees.
